| What Circle of Hope Members Say... |
The Circle of Hope is made up of friends of LCS who
are helping to ensure that our agency will be able to serve others
for years to come through a bequest in their will, a deferred gift,
or an endowment gift through the Lutheran Community Services Northwest
Foundation.
Below are just a few of the more than 140 Circle of Hope members
who are leaving a lasting legacy to help sustain LCS for future
generations. To see a complete list of Circle of Hope members, click

“For many years we have
watched Lutheran Community Services provide a treasury
of services. With a dedicated, professional staff, they
counsel, mend and help find new doorways – for the
abused child, the shattered family. Keeping that treasure
trove of services available is why we support this arm
of the church.”
John & Ruth Fabian
Richland, WA |
“The reason we chose to
include LCS in our estate plan is pretty simple – LCS
is on the front lines ministering to people, and the
money will be used to directly affect people’s
lives.”
Pastor David & Ruth Droegemueller
Greenacres, WA |
“After many years of volunteering
with Lutheran Community Services, I have a deep appreciation
for the work we accomplish on an ongoing basis. By updating
my will with experts I realized I could help ensure the
future of this remarkable ministry. It is a wonderful,
satisfying feeling to know that part of my legacy will
be providing hope, love, and caring in future generations.”

"When we were in need of
help, we turned to Lutheran Community Services, where
we found help through the care, compassion and dedication
of the LCS staff. We have since found this excellence
to exist throughout the agency. It has become important
to us that LCS continue to be there to help whenever
people are in need. Therefore, we support the work of
the agency while we are alive, and have included the
agency in our will to help ensure that LCS will be there
to help long into the future."
Doug & Lynda McDowell,
West Linn, OR |

LCS in the Northwest as a donor. Naming the agency in my
