Child Care Provider Resources

Parent Line Child Care Resource and Referral (CCR&R) is your trusted source of support, assistance, information and education on operating a quality child care business. Parent Line staff is trained to provide a variety of services, information, training and on-going support to licensed child care providers and those individuals interested in becoming licensed. Our goal is to provide a working partnership with providers in Clallam, Jefferson and Kitsap Counties by referring parents to their program and also providing technical services, training opportunities, on-site consultation, mentorship's and supportive listening.

Other services offered to licensed, and about to be licensed providers, include:

• Technical assistance with minimum licensing requirements
• Copy machine/computer/laminator
• Mentor
• Resource lending library
• Help with parent policies, health and disaster plans and other requirements of the Washington Administrative Code
• Information on professional development, various subsidy programs, and community resources
• Information about current legislation and budget issues regarding child care in Washington State
• On-site Consultation
