Clallam County Juvenile and Adult Drug Diversion Court
Drug Court is a minimum 1-year treatment-based program designed for individuals who are offenders and in need of education and treatment for substance abuse. The intent of the program is to offer an alternative to full criminal prosecution or contempt sanctions.
Drug Court includes a rigorous supervision, substance abuse testing, regular court appearances, family involvement and education.
Lutheran Community Services provides all of the family support services for the participants. They include:
- Basic Needs: Food, clothing, housing, etc.
- Referrals to Community Resources
- Job Skills
- Job Hunting
- Getting your GED
- Counseling for self and family
- Free Child Care
- Time management
- Tutoring
- Organization skills
- Volunteer mentors
- Parenting Classes
Participants of the Clallam County Drug Court who have signed the drug court contract, automatically qualify for family support services through Lutheran Community Services.
- Lutheran Community Services staff is available before and after drug court each week. Take this time to introduce yourself, schedule an appointment, or to ask a specific question.
