In answer to the question “And who is my neighbor?” in Luke 10:25, Jesus tells the story of the Good Samaritan, an outcast traveler who stops along the road to give assistance and sustenance to a victim of violence. Every day, the staff and volunteers of Lutheran Community Services Northwest reach out, reflecting the compassionate face of God, in service to our neighbors and our communities. Here are the the stories of some of the thousands of lives touched each year through our ministry.
The stories are available in either HTML (web page)
or Adobe Acrobat PDF format. The web pages are best for online viewing
and
can be printed for reference, and the text can be copied and pasted
into
newsletters or other publications. The Acrobat PDF files are a high-quality
image file suitable for making photocopies for distribution. |
