Our Life Coach services are available by phone, in-person and through instant messaging.

Flexibility and service are our primary aim. Our sessions are available in increments of 15, 30 or 45 minutes. This allows you to schedule your appointments to best suit your needs.

Scheduling Your Appointment

•	Once you’ve decided on the coach you wish to work with, you can schedule your appointment with her/him by going to our online appointment scheduling system and then selecting their name from the Select Coach pull-down menu.
•	If you have not chosen the coach you want to work with, you can learn more about the members of our coaching team, their areas of expertise and locations by going to our Meet Our Coaches directory.
•	After you've selected your coach, select your Service from the Select Service pull-down menu that will then appear below the ‘Select Coach’ menu. Our free initial "get acquainted” session is a great way to learn more about your coach, and to decide if this is the person you want to work with in creating your best life.
•	Next, schedule a day and time when you would like to meet and work with the coach you have chosen. Once you have selected a coach, service, date and time, you will be asked to fill out a brief online form that will allow you to set up a password and log-in to enable you to easily return and schedule future appointments with your coach.
•	Once you have scheduled your appointment, you will be e-mailed an appointment reminder that includes a toll-free phone number to connect and start your appointment with your coach.
•	Once you have completed your initial appointment, you can schedule future sessions with your coach, or purchase a package of appointments that allows you the time that will allow you to get started on your investment in creating your best life. Your coach can help you choose and purchase the package that is best for you.
