Lutheran Community Services helps local businesses maintain a healthy and productive workforce by providing comprehensive, confidential counseling, assessment and referral services to their employees.

The Employee Assistance Program (EAP) offers employees and their immediate family members the opportunity to discuss personal and job-related problems with a professional clinician. A limited number of assessment and referral visits are provided free of charge to the employee or family member, paid for by the employer.
