Divorce, separation, or the ending of any long-term relationship
is often a painful and difficult period in a person's life. It
is also a very confusing time for children of all ages. The choices
we make during these times can often affect our entire lives.
Divorce Lifeline, a program of Lutheran Community Services Northwest, is a non-profit organization that serves Snohomish and other adjoining counties. The agency provides an array of services, which include therapeutic services to individuals and families.
Adults
Divorce
Lifeline offers counseling for adults led
by professional therapists. We can provide insight, warmth,
and understanding. Participants in our sessions learn ways
to cope, meet with peers with similar experiences, and work toward
healing and a richer life.
Court-Mandated Parenting Seminar
We also offer "For the Kid's Sake" - Snohomish County's court-mandated parenting seminar.
New Beginnings Program
Divorce Lifeline offers a program to help divorcing parents connect and communicate with their children called the New Beginnings Program.
