The main focus of the capital campaign is the expansion of services to meet the mission and vision of LCS. At the same time, LCS has been leasing office space for its administrative and fiscal departments for the past twenty years. With this in mind, the third floor of the new Community Services Building is designed to house the Administrative and Fiscal offices for LCS. This centralization will reduce lease expense, the cost of travel, operation of a number of office sites, and bring closer coordination to the management of the agency.

Providing space on the third floor for additional services of the agency will enhance its presence in South King County. From our strong counseling programs to our nationally acclaimed foster care services, we will be positioned to provide these services in a greatly expanded manner throughout South King County.

A limited amount of space will be available for program expansion or lease to outside services. This will enhance the overall collaborative effort to deliver needed services to the residents of South King County. A benefit of the use or rental of this additional space will be an additional source of revenue for agency operations.
